Sterling works within luxury custom-home projects to integrate networking, lighting, audio, video, security, shades, climate, and controls into one considered experience.
We are one of the technology trades involved in a custom build, working alongside electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and the project team.
The goal is not more technology. It is a home that is easier to live in.

The real value is how the pieces are planned, installed, programmed, documented, and supported after the homeowner moves in.
We work from the plans and think through infrastructure, device locations, network requirements, control points, and future needs before the walls close.
Control4 brings compatible lighting, audio, video, security, climate, shades, and other systems into one consistent interface.
Our relationship does not end at installation. We support systems, perform updates and upgrades, and remain available when something needs attention.
03 · Our role on the build
For builders and project teams, Sterling carries the technology scope that belongs behind the walls and at the finished interface. The objective is a clean installation, clear labeling, dependable scheduling, and fewer callbacks.
